Balmacewen Intermediate Wearable Arts

Room Six thought the Wearable Arts parade was absolutely amazing!! There were five different sections the students could choose from to make their garments. The parade started with a cool dance and then a boy took off Miss J Alexander from America's Next Top Model. As he walked down the catwalk he swayed his shoulders from the left to right and said, "walk slowly, pause, look to the left, look the right and walk."

The sections were:
Recycling
Glow in the Dark
Sea Fantasy
Wild and Wacky
Super Heroes

The boys favourite Wearable Art was called 'Double-O Penguin'. Two boys rolled out onto the stage and did secret agent moves. One was Double-O Penguin (Seven) and the other boy pretended he was his back up.

The girls favourite Wearable Art was called 'Midwinters Christmas'. Three girls told a story about how the toys in a toyshop come alive once the store is closed. One night they got out the Christmas tree and some presents because they wanted Christmas to come early.

Way to go Hannah (Elle's sister) we loved your outfit too!!
